Admin Login and Profile Editing
As a program administrator you input and edit your program listing via your Admin Login Name and Password. Your listing immediately and automatically appears in our members' database as you electronically complete your online membership application.
Program Name, Address, and Telephone
Included in all listings regardless of membership level.
30 Word Description
Parents and youth will initially learn about your program via your 30 word description.
Listing On Sponsors' Page
Free Listing for members who link to Youth Program Central from their web site. Appropriate non-members who link to Youth Program Central are listed for $60/month. Appropriate non-members without links are listed for $100/month. We determine appropriateness of non-member listings. (Some may include: Camps, Schools, Programs, Educational Consultants, Mental Health Professionals, Transport Companies, etc.)
Six Months Free Service
Guaranteed No Risk Advertising. Your first six months membership is provided to you absolutely free. If you cancel your membership within this period, your membership fee will be entirely refunded.
Logo
Your company logo provides graphical appeal to your listing.
Profile and Profile Link
You create a program profile (a brief web page) to provide additional program information.
Web Site Link
Parents will jump directly to your Program Web Site via the Web Site Link.
Search Categories
Parents search for Programs by Categories (for example, Equestrian, Dance or Football Camps). Gold members may list in unlimited categories.
Information Request
Parents select programs of most interest and request additional information via our powerful Information Request service. You immediately receive Email referrals when parents select your program.
Traffic Stats
Access performance reports at your convenience through the Admin Control Panel. Reports include the number of times your listing has appeared in search results, the number of times your profile and web site have been seen by parents, and the number of Information Request referrals parents have requested from your program.
Double Database
Youth Program Central maintains three searchable databases; Camps, Schools, and Specialty Programs. Double Gold members' listings appear in two of these databases. For example, if your camp offers school credits, you would be a Double Gold member. As such, your camp would show up in search results from both the camp searches and the school searches.
Triple Database
Triple Gold members' listings appear in all three databases. A typical member might be a camp for troubled youth with an accredited education program.
Multiple Program Locations
Silver and Bronze members may select only one program location. Triple Gold, Double Gold, and Gold Members may enter multiple program locations in two different ways. Please consider Picasso's Art Camp for illustration purposes. Mr. Picasso runs three Art Camps; one in California, one in New York, and one in Texas. Because Silver and Bronze members can only enter one camp location, he signs up for one of the Gold Memberships. Now he has two options:
1. Fill in these membership signup pages only one time, selecting all three locations in the check box tables provided on Step 3. With this method, Picasso's Art Camps will appear only once in a USA search result. He will have only one profile and one listing.
2. Fill in these membership signup pages for each camp location. With this method, Picasso's Art Camp listings will appear three times in a USA search result. Each listing will be unique, with different contact and promotional material. If, in the future, you choose to become a paying member, this method will cost $100/year for each additional program location. |
